The Corporate legislation tracker monitors the progress of EC and UK legislation that is of particular interest to corporate practitioners. It also tracks developments to the Takeover Code and follows the progress of certain European Commission Action Plans.

Once a piece of legislation has come into force, or has begun to apply (in the case of financial reporting measures), its status is changed to "legislation in force" and it remains in the tracker for twelve months after which time it is removed.
